REGISTRATION FEES

Received By 2020/07/31: 6300 RMB

Received After 2020/07/31: 7500 RMB

Fees cover attendance at the meeting, documentation, meals and refreshments, but do NOT include hotel accommodation. Hotel fees are to be paid directly to the hotels upon departure (please refer to Accommodation for more details).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If we receive notice of your withdrawal before September 30th 2020, a cancellation administrative fee of 1000RMB will be charged. Thereafter, we regret that we are unable to refund any fees.

EXHIBITION STANDS SPONSORSHIP

Stands No. 1 and 2 are in the corridor, close to the elevators and stairs, and coffee breaks will be served in this open area as well.

· You can bring two pop-up banners,each no bigger than 2m X 1.2m

Stands No. 3-8 are surround to the coffee break area.
· 2.5m X 1.5m

· You can bring a pop-up banner no bigger than 1.8m X 0.8m

Fee: 50,000 RMB for each of Stand No. 1 and 2;
20,000 RMB for each of Stand No.3-8
